On Sunday 19th December we will have our last course and grading of 2021. It has been a difficult couple of years for us all but we now look forward to our December course and exciting plans for 2022.

Karate Training, For Both Body and Mind
We are Harlow's longest running Shotokan Karate club, with roots going back to the 1970's. We are part of Shotokan Karate England, and have produced many black belts over 4 decades.

Great News! Our first course and grading since the start of the lockdown will be on Sunday 26th September. Black and Brown Belts start at 10.00am, Beginners and Kyu grades at 11.30am. Spectators will be limited to one per family so that areas are not too crowded. Looking forward to seeing you all again!

Finally....all of our Karate Clubs are now open. There are restrictions on class sizes and social distancing but hopefully we are now seeing a slow journey back to normality and our very successful Karate classes. Welcome back!
