180kg deadlift today. 2 weeks since I lifted 170. 10kg extra weight in that time. I guess the training and hard work is making a difference ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Shoulder and arm workout today. Gonna feel so sore tomorrow. Managed to dead hand for 1 minute which I was pretty happy with, yes it was hurting as you can see by the face ๐Ÿฅด๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸผAnd yes I know my hair still looks ridiculous.

Crazy good workout today. Can only add one video. So here is one video of my back workout. Did some battle ropes and sled pushes at the end. Didnโ€™t get a video of the sled pushes but i thought I was going to die at the end of it ๐Ÿ˜‚
