Although extremely simple, these 4 methods can be applied immediately if a deficit in calories is desired.
Few things to note about these βπ»
- They arenβt sexy πͺπ»π
- You wonβt see them spread across influencergram
- They are effective
- They are easy to implement π
The way I look at things - the more complicated it is, the less likely you are to stick to it

The thing about this statement and way of thinking is that itβs both helpful and not at the same time
Yes, to lose weight, the amount of calories burnt needs to be higher than those taken in
But this can look different for everyone π΅π»π§π»βπ¦±π§πΎβπ¦²π©π½βπ¦±
I hear/see it a lot online
I wonder if the people saying it would be satisfied with the same advice themselves if the shoe was on the other foot (they wouldnβt)

My name is Dan. I am a registered associate nutritionist (ANutr) with the AfN (Association for Nutrition).
I am passionate about lifestyle and behaviour change and how nutrition fits into daily life. It is here where I advise people on reframing attitudes around food. All with the goal of developing a better relationship with food.
