Like my breakfast today you can still enjoy your treats an lose weight, it may take some discipline for the rest of the day but it gives you that freedom of eating the things you like and still reaching your goals.

Sometimes life can be so busy with work family chores etc it can be tough to make time for workouts. Sometimes you just gotta stop making excuses an just get on with it. 6am shoulder time.

Productive Monday morning up nice and early to go post around 100 leaflets in my local area. Quite funny actually some lady came out after I posted to her house and told me that she's already had one of these this morning haha, so hopefully I haven't been a complete plonker and done her road twice. Anyway never mind maybe they will think I'm double keen. So fingers crossed I get a few new clients this week. After that I hit a quick bodyweight workout in my beautiful local park then grabbed a post workout omelette breakfast with chilli, garlic, onions, red pepper, chorizo and spinach with super manly hot sauce 💪

Right it's 06.05. Not quite as early as I intended to get up. Hopefully tomorrow morning can be slightly earlier. I'm up this early to start my high intensity exercises. I've bulked up enough this winter now so it's time to shred some body fat an get back to a more natural weight. So the intensity of my workouts are going to go up, lots of HIIT(high intensity interval training) workouts. My carbs are going down going to avoid bloating foods like bread and pasta. I'm going to be trying to cut out alcohol and crappy foods as much as possible and taking on much more water daily. This mornings routine is just an indoor one, going to start with some stretching then follow that with 20 press ups, 20 squats 20 crunches all quickly done with good form, little rest then repeat. I'm aiming for about 12 sets going to be knackering but it's time to lose the winter belly and get those abs for spring.

Perfect way to end a hard days work. I came home and the Mrs has made a Hache steak from muscle foods with sweet potato wedges and Spinach. Oh and super hot chilli sauce because I'm super manly. MuscleFood

Getting in an early morning power walk before breakfast. The great benefits to this are that I get to listen to my favourite podcasts whilst I walk, breathe in the fresh morning air making me healthier and it's an excellent way to do my cardio without over fatiguing myself before my big weights workout later this morning.
