Tues Tye Green Comm, 7-8pm....Thurs Latton Bush Centre 6.45- 7.45.. £4 a class a discount is given if you come to both classes in the same week. Box-a-cise is the technique of boxing turned into a fitness class, there is no contact so you wont hit anyone or be hit.I have lots of equiptment for you to hit including punch bags and hand held equiptment. This class is for all fitness levels and age.yo
