For over 10 years I’ve shared my fitness journey on here under Amyleefitness. It’s been a rollercoaster, pre natal - post natal and beyond.

Not many people have noticed, but I decided to change things up on here a little. Heading into 2025 I want to document more of my Jiu Jitsu journey!!

I’ve always wanted to be someone who inspires other women to get into the gym, lift weights and be strong. This little (& I mean super little) journey I’ve been on already I think I’ve realised just how important it is to promote strength training to women but also how important in this day and age it is to learn a form of self defence.

I’ll still be posting gym workouts, don’t worry you haven’t got rid of me that easily! But hopefully I’ll get the opportunity to showcase what a journey from the ground up in Jiu Jitsu is and hopefully encourage more women to join!!
