Hey everyone,

I’ve been meaning to write this for a while but everything has been a bit of a whirlwind in the past month or so..

I know over the last month things haven’t been as consistent as they should be. I’ve had to cancel a few sessions, and with Easter closures at the school it’s just felt a bit all over the place.

And honestly - I hate that. I never ever want to let anyone down as you all are what makes ((BOUNCE)) and what makes me turn up every single Monday. If you’ve booked on, made time, or been excited to come and it hasn’t gone ahead, I am genuinely really sorry💗

((BOUNCE)) Harrogate means a lot to me and I don’t take your time or support for granted, not for one second!

That being said, we’re moving forward✨
Sessions are now back to normal every Monday and I’m fully focused on rebuilding and getting the energy back which we still have, filling the room and making it better than ever!

I’ve missed it so much and I’ve missed you all!!

Quick reminders:

• Please manage your bookings on BookWhen if you can’t attend - transfers (24hrs before) or cancellations both help massively

• Class passes - pre-book your sessions so they don’t expire within 60 days!

• We are child friendly💕 so don’t ever worry about bringing children along and if they are of a suitable age they are more than happy to grab a spare trampoline and join along with us all

We’ve also got things planned for summer so we won’t have the same breaks again in the long summer holidays - which is great news!

I’m really excited to get back on track with you all and see you every single week

I just wanted to pop on and say a huge sorry for the radio silence on here - it’s been a bit chaotic behind the scenes and not how I ever want to show up for you.

Over the last few weeks I ended up in hospital but I’m really relieved and happy to say I’ve now been given the all clear for intense exercise, and I’m feeling strong, positive and ready to get back to doing what I love✨

On top of that (because life loves to test us 😂) I unfortunately got locked out of the ((BOUNCE)) Harrogate Instagram, meaning I had no access to post, reply or update you - which I know may have felt disappointing or confusing for some of you, and I’m really sorry if anyone felt let down by that.

Please know how much this community means to me - I care so deeply about showing up for you, bringing energy, consistency and a safe, fun space to move your body, and I never take that responsibility lightly 🤍

To say thank you for your patience and support, I’m offering FREE classes to new attendees or anyone who’s been thinking about joining or coming back to ((BOUNCE)) Harrogate 💥

I’m SO excited to be back bouncing again and can’t wait to see everyone tomorrow night at 6:30pm 🖤
