There is no such thing as the right time or motivation. One or the other will be missing most of the time.
Life is busy with family, work, and social events, and then there's the "I'm knackered, can't be arsed" factor, too.
But I tell you one thing, once you get tired of your own excuses and have been thinking about joining a gym, new activities JUST GO FOR IT!
It doesn't have to be 5 times a week. Go once or twice first. Find your feet. Adjust where it's needed, and you'll be surprised how easy and enjoyable it is. One step at the time will get you where you want to be😉
