I’m going online!…partially 🤭
I’ve been a 1-2-1 in person coach for 4 years now, I understand the value I can give clients face to face compared to what they can get online where coaches can’t see you move in real time, assess form, mechanics, imbalances and personal needs of their clients
By taking on hybrid training it allows you to get the freedom, flexibility and affordability of training online but also gives you the in person support I believe everyone needs when training

Matt worked with me pre and post 1/2 knee replacement to get stronger during recovery and now returning back to resistance training and building strength back up ☺️

But of a lengthy one but we’ve been working together for a while now. I was the first person to introduce him to Puregym and showed him how to use the machines that his physio had recommended ❤️🩹
He’s attended a lot of my mind classes and started working with me to strengthen his leg(s) so he could recover better post op 😬
He was squatting, trap deadlifting, sled pushing and pulling 🏋️♀️
He’s now post op and recovered incredibly well, not quite back to doing the big movements but now we’re working on imbalances to get his strength back up and his movement patterns more balance! 💪🏻

Leg day! More specifically my squat day 😎
This is one week out of my second cycle of squat strength programming. Currently relatively higher rep but as the weeks continue the squat reps come down and the weight goes up!
1. Bb back squat 8x4 - this doesn’t include the warm up sets to the working weight. I usually do about 3/4 warm up sets to build up to my 4 sets of working weight 🏋️♀️ lots of rest inbetween to make sure I’m hitting every rep for every set!
2. Bulgarian split jumps 8per leg x3 - these are absolutely brutal…leaves me laid on the floor dying between switching legs 😅 I do them as dynamic/explosive strength is super important in general strength and athleticism…and I’m not very good at them! 😬
3. Hamstring back extension 10x3 - I do these because they’re a strength of mine! I do a low bar squat which targets glutes and hammies a little more. I do this movement to strengthen that further and help me work on driving my chest up before my bum comes up in the bottom of the squat 🍑
4. Hanging leg raise 12x3 - the one and only core exercise because I could actually be arsed to do it…which is quite rare at the end of a squat session 😅
Doesn’t look like a lot of exercises but when you’re pushing your strength you don’t want tonnes of volume, all the focus is on the squat numbers and the rest are just accessories! 💅🏻💍🕶️🧣 🎀
