🧘🏻‍♀️🤸🏾‍♀️ R E F O R M E R P I L A T E S 🧘🏻‍♀️🤸🏾‍♀️

This is the perfect opportunity for anyone who is interested in Reformer Pilates but not sure where to start!

Suitable for beginners, you will learn how to set up the reformer and understand how to safely move and adapt it for your own body.

You will be taught a variety of exercises in different positions that incorporate all muscles in the body, focusing on increasing strength, core control, balance and flexibility.

My classes are super small (with just 4 reformers) so you will receive a personal session with the social benefits that come with a group class.

With most participants being beginners everyone is in the same boat and feels at ease! The great part of small classes means I can offer plenty of options, adaptions and levels to accomodate all abilities. Don’t worry I will look after you!

This time last week we were on our way home from a fantastic day out at Donnington Park, watching our client and Michael Johnston smash it and bring home the British GT4 pro am championship title 🥳🥳🥳 truly deserved after all the hard work in the gym over the last year….and despite trying to kill us both during a game of ‘human hungry hippos’ 🤣 Massive congratulations to you Chris 🙌🏼 looking forward to the build for next season 💪🏼
