Amelia has a back injury.

For a long time, that could’ve been the reason to avoid training… or hold back. But instead? She’s used strength training to make it feel better.

Not by pushing through pain. Not by guessing what might work. But through small group PT, where every session is coached, movements are adjusted when needed, and she still gets that 1:1 level of attention.

No complicated jargon. No over-the-top coaching language. Just simple cues that actually work.

Coach Beth breaking down the hinge, one of the most important (and most misunderstood) movements in the gym.

For Kerry, this was never just about the gym.

It was about being there for her little boy. For as long as possible. As strong as possible.

And that’s exactly what she’s building. Stronger in her body. More confident in herself. Moving better, lifting more, and doing things now she never thought she could. Not because she’s training all the time… but because she’s training with purpose!

Combining strength and reformer has given her a body that doesn’t just look better, it works better.

And the best part? That strength doesn’t stay in the gym. It shows up at home, in everyday moments, in the way she carries herself.

That’s what this is really about.

Genuinely proud of what’s been built inside these Lift Club walls. A community full of good people, hard work, expert support, lots of laughs, tolerance of early mornings, and a lot of graft.

A lot of people say they can’t afford it and honestly… that’s fair.

Most people have paid for things before and got nothing back.

So it’s not really about the money.

It’s: “I don’t trust myself to stick to it” “I don’t want to waste money again” “I’ve been burned before”.

But there’s a difference between, paying for access and paying for outcomes.

Structure
Coaching
Accountability

That’s where things actually change.

It’s not just “can I afford this?” It’s “can I afford to stay exactly where I am?”

Because doing nothing has a cost too, it’s just a liiiiittle quieter.

POV: You’re meant to be doing a 3 second tempo but suddenly it’s “1-2-3” in the space of half a second 😅

We’ve all been there.

Because when it starts to burn, the first thing to go is control.

But that slower tempo? That’s where the magic actually happens. More time under tension. Better positioning. More out of every single rep.

And don’t worry… we’re always watching 👀

So if your “3 seconds” ever feels suspiciously quick, just know you’re not getting away with it here.

(And yes… we will laugh with you about it too)
