It’s a pleasure to have this special lady back in my gym again. After a little break from the EMS she is back to tone up again. We look after each other and trade massage for PT sessions. The perfect combination. She is always smiling and the biggest softy I know!

Lunch today looks like a massive mess on a plate but it’s super healthy and filling. Salads are quick and easy plus give you most of your daily veggies. This salad is -
Lettuce
Yellow pepper
Cherry tomatoes
Beetroot
Avocado
Cress
Feta cheese
Seeds
Olive oil and balsamic

How are you doing with healthy eating so far this year? It’s hard to break bad habits that we all get into over the festive season.

My advice is to prepare and plan meals so that they are ready for when you’re hungry. It will stop you reaching for snacks and unhealthy speedy or processed foods.

This is my lunch today. Satay chicken with salad. Perfect for the whole family too. My kids loved it on the skewers with veg.

Super green salad.

Massive tasty green salad. Super nutritious lunch for me. I found anything green in the fridge and put it on my plate!

Lettuce, spinach, avocado, cucumber, edamame, apple, sugar snaps. Yum

My perfect breakfast. Start the day right and it will help you stay on track for the rest of the day. Lots of clients have asked me what I put in my breakfast so here it is step by step.
This is cottage cheese but any yogurt is good
Then I put a digestive support powder
Next is flaxseed, then pumpkin seeds, chia seeds
Last is whatever fruit I have. Today was chopped up apple.
This also a good pudding for all the family and healthy for kids.

Who dares to have cold showers?

I have turn my shower to cold at the end of every shower and do 1 min of cold even in the winter. When u get out the shower after the cold water it actually helps. Instead of freezing when you get out the hot shower, if feels warmer when you step out of a cold shower.

Anyone else like to brave the cold water?

New client on EMS today. Emily smashed her first session today. Can’t wait to see how her lower back improves over the next few weeks. A strong core is key and the EMS is definitely going to strengthen the back and abs all at the same time. Emily is ready to try anything that will help her back pain, let’s see if the EMS can help her.
