Method...
The top of one fresh young plant (10-15 cm) is all you need in one teapot.
Add a few slices of ginger (chopped small)
Check reel for the timing of when you add lemon, depending on what you want to get from it - digestion or immune system.
The thyme is optional!
You can soak it in cold water over night or make as a hot tea. (I think hot is tastier but each to their own!) Let it brew until you can smell it essentially.

Doing something because it fits my values, instead of the companies values
Choosing who I teach and therefore who I spend my time around
Choosing for work to fit around my life, my family, and not the other way round
All of this feels like freedom.
I still probably need therapy, but at least it's not because of my job.
