📣 Become a Lifeguard This Summer! 🏊‍♂️

We are hosting an NPLQ course over the Summer, from Tuesday 21st July - Saturday 25th July, from 9am - 5pm. 🏊‍♀️🌟

The cost of the course is £275 and includes all course materials, training manual, pool time and external assessment.

This course offers an internationally recognised certification that lasts for 2 years and also grants you 8 UCAS Tariff points, making it a great addition to a CV application and/or higher education application. 🤩

Candidates MUST be over 16 years old, and be able to:
🌊 Jump/dive into deep water
🌊 Swim 50m in less than 60 seconds
🌊 Swim 100m continuously on front and back in deep water
🌊 Tread water for 30 seconds
🌊 Surface dive to the floor of the pool
🌊 Climb out unaided without ladders/steps

Saturday 30th & Sunday 31st May | 7am – 6pm

Ashville Sports Centre is looking for Level 1 or 2 Swimming Teachers (or someone willing to train) to join our team.

You’ll help and encourage swimmers of all ages and abilities to develop their skills, technique and confidence in the water.

🕒 Swimming lessons run on:
Tuesdays: 5:10pm – 7:15pm
Fridays: 4:30pm – 7:15pm
Saturdays: 9:00am – 12:00pm

✅ Term-time only position
✅ Flexible additional cover hours available
✅ Competitive salary

🚫The pool will be closed all day.

Please note: No parking will be available at the Sports Centre, and local roads may be busier than usual. If possible, please walk, run, or cycle.
