The Liberté Live line up is complete and I couldn't be happier that Lise Thorne aka will be joining us.

Lise is the woman behind Walking This Way, a community of women navigating midlife with more confidence, curiosity and a willingness to have a go.

Her message is simple: midlife isn’t the beginning of the end. It can be the point where you stop living by everyone else’s rules, stop shrinking yourself to fit in and start backing yourself.

I have been a huge supporter and fan of this charity since it began and you may have spotted me at various events. It was an obvious choice to partner with a charity that is so aligned with our brand values.

I'm delighted that Claire Hurst, Rebalance Menopause will be joining me for an intimate evening of conversation, connection and honest discussion.

I first met Claire last year as she helped me to understand how I can manage my menopause symptoms better and in particular my gut health and sleep patterns.

Two mums at the school gate.
That's where I met Moseley. 20 Years ago.

Neither of us had any idea what was coming next. Back then, conversations were about school runs and packed lunches. Life was small and specific and full.

Then things changed. For both of us.

Jo became a bestselling, award-winning author of three books about paddleboarding and wellbeing on the water. She hosts The Joy of SUP — The Paddleboarding Sunshine Podcast.

She became the first woman to paddleboard coast to coast across the UK.

I became a model and body confidence activist. Neither of us planned any of it.

Back in 2018, Jo was my first ever podcast guest. Long before either of us knew where the next few years would take us.

Now she's my 1st Liberté Live guest.
