CrossFit isn’t the enemy.

The community, the energy, the accountability of training with other people.

That stuff matters. And for a lot of people it’s the reason they show up at all.

But if your body hasn’t changed in 12 months, it’s worth asking what those sessions are actually doing for you.

3 sessions a week. Strength-focused. Programmed with intent. Paired with nutrition that matches your goal.

That’s the shift.

Your upper bound is your best week.

Your lower bound is your non-negotiables.

The things you can do when you’re exhausted, stretched thin, running on empty.

Long-term results aren’t built in your upper bound weeks.

They’re built by never falling through your lower bound.

Trust the floor.

The ceiling takes care of itself.

Well begun is half done.

5 months of consistency and,

20% of total body weigh gone…

Looks like this!

This started in a completely different way to what Dan has done in the past.

We didn’t dive straight into a deficit. We worked on building energy levels and confidence first.

A Priming Phase.

We worked on building foundations. Raising averages.

Then when it was time for a deficit it’s felt ridiculously manageable the whole way!!

20kgs down. First time below 100kgs in nearly a decade and now shifting the targets into unseen territory!

The man is moving 🙌🏻
