Amazing news!
Over the last few months many Pilates teachers and education companies have been concerned that is has been possible for someone with no Pilates mat work pre-requisite to train as a Reformer "Group" teacher.
I am delighted to say that YMCA AWARDS have listened to us and this has now been withdrawn. (From October.)
It is now a pre-requisite that to enrol on a YMCA AWARDS level 3 reformer course you must hold a Level 3 mat qualifcation.
Pilates is a profession and we all care deeply about the safety of our clients and our industry.

Therapy room for rent in North Rigton village.
Would you like to join us at a thriving Pilates studio along with our 2 physiotherapists, in the beautiful setting of a chapel.
The therapy room has it's own entrance and small waiting area. The room itself has natural light, central heating, electricity and a feature fireplace. It is currently empty to allow for flexibility in setting up the room as you wish. Rear access and a cosy sunny courtyard. All the bills are included. There is a communal toilet and sink, WiFi, tea/coffee making facilities. Ample free on street parking available. Easy access for Harrogate/ North Leeds.

We are Open! 🥳🥳🥳
I was lucky to have 2 of my little helpers with me yesterday spring cleaning the studio for reopening today. THANK YOU, to all of you who have joined us on Zoom over the past year.
It is great to finally get back into the studio for a summer of classes.
