Ok, so I know the last thing some of us want to do it get up early when we could be snuggled up in our nice warm bed but those early morning routines do have a host of benefits!

I'd say about 98% of us struggle with motivation to work out (not all 98% will admit that). Sometimes are easier than others. Sometimes you might actually be super excited about the workout you have planned. Other times it will be the last thing you want to do.

Even during the workout you might be questioning your sanity. Why do I do this to myself? But remember that feeling you get when you finish...?

I always feel like some kind of super ninja once I'm done. I get such a high when I'm walking out that gym, like I could literally take on the world. That's why I work out. I love that feeling.

Then there's all that other stuff that comes along with it; a healthier, stronger body and mind. Plus you're one step closer to your goals.

NOW GO GET EM!
