T'ai Chi Lady online. I currently am learning and teaching Li Style T'ai Chi with The Taoist Arts Organisation in Harrogate.
I stumbled into T'ai Chi when I had a problem which meant I was unable to continue with my Karate training. The T'ai Chi was a perfect way to keep my hand in. Even after I had recovered, I have kept up my training as regularly as possible. I am currently 2nd Teng in Li Style Tai Chi.

T’ai Chi Anyone!
