After the most incredible month I’m a qualified yoga teacher (again). This time I got to train in Rishikesh, India with my wonderful husband. I’m so grateful for everywhere my yoga journey has led me and can’t wait to see what more is to come.
Now to start teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa 🥰🥳

As most of you now know I’m leaving Spalding to go travelling 🌊☀️🐠
My last yoga class will be 20th August 😭
I’m so grateful to everyone who has joined me over the last two and a half years. It has been an incredible start to my yoga teaching career and I hope to be teaching such wonderful students for many more years to come.
Whilst I will miss teaching, especially at the beautiful The Zen Space, I’m so excited to be going on an adventure I’ve dreamed of for years.
