Level 2 or 3 qualified with ideally a minimum of 2 years in the industry (happy to speak to newer Coaches too though)

Love working with clients in a large group (upto 30), small group PT (4-8) setting
โ
Have a solid understanding of fitness PRINCIPLES

>> Deliver Fitness sessions from our signature large group PT program
>> Deliver Fitness sessions from our small group Strength Training program
>> Support our clients as part of our support team, by engaging them (virtually) with nutrition and educational content
>> Nurture client relationships in person (solid banter is firmly expected and accepted!)
>> Engage with clients in our Social Media groups to help further nurture those relationships and answer their questions
>> Help to provide holiday cover to our other Coaches
>> Optional "add on" projects from time to time (working in a growing & dynamic company means there's always new opportunities arising to help us out with and 'stretch your legs' a little in areas you're fascinated and motivated by

Level 3 Personal Trainer (2 years experience ideal but not essential)

Firstly strength Training is anything that gets your body stronger..
Often people's perception of strength training is mixed with body building.. I'm not talking about that..
At Innovate we use strength training to get LEAN not bulky...
๐๏ธIt could be bodyweight exercises like pull-ups or pressups..
๐๏ธ It can be exercises with external resistance like squats with a kettlebell or Barbell
And here's why you should be doing some...
1) it WILL help you get and stay lean..
As mentioned above, by encouraging your body to hold on to your muscle mass you will keep your metabolism elevated which makes both weight loss and weight maintenance easier...๐
2) it will help you to tone up...
By adding a little muscle or holding on to the muscle you have already as you lose weight you'll "shrink-wrap" those muscles as you reduce the layer of body fat over the top, so you become leaner and firmer ๐ฅ
3) it makes everything easier..
The stronger you are the more capable you become... You'll find your exercise sessions more manageable, you'll be able to train harder and burn more calories in each session, you'll feel the excitement of making progress and lifting heavier things (trust me you will) and day to day life will become easier...
Nobody ever said "urgh, I wish I'd don't get so strong"
So make sure you're adding in strength work to your week, ideally 3 x pw..
