Designed specifically for beginners and those new to the sport, these distances are all about having fun and giving it a go:

🏊 Swim: 180m (Just 6 lengths!)
🚴 Bike: 12.5km (A beautiful, scenic loop)
🏃 Run: 2.5km (A flat, friendly finish)

Remember: No matter the distance, every finish feels just as great. You'll have our amazing marshals cheering you on every step of the way!

Harrogate Triathlon Swim: Your Safe & Smooth Start!

Curious about the pool swim setup? We pride ourselves on making the start relaxed and safe so you can focus on your race!

🏊Venue: Controlled, indoor 30-metre pool.

🏊Safety First: We use "Anti-Wave" lane ropes and only 5 swimmers per lane for clear water and minimal disruption.

🏊Smooth Start: You’ll set off in small waves at 5-second intervals based on your predicted time, avoiding congestion.

Quick Swim Rules:
🏊Permitted Strokes: Front Crawl or Breaststroke.
🔂Overtaking/Tapping: Overtake gently at the end of the lane.
📣Signal: Marshals will notify you when you have 2 lengths to go!
