This was my last set hence why I only managed to get 10 on my last set I believe so.

Why aim for high reps? Because doing so will increase muscle. How? Because you're getting more volume however when attempting high reps it doesn't mean you should lift light, it may be lighter than your usual weight you'd do for less reps! Doing a 5x5 will definitely increase your strength and muscles but doing high reps for all your sets will definitely increase more muscle as now your muscle will have to work hard and for longer period of time plus more volume. Understand there is a difference in strength training and body building. However don't stop light on the weight, you need to lift as heavy as you can for your reps.

Quick T-BAR ROW tips

1- Make sure your set up and lift up is safe by squating down while maintaining a natural spine for lift off.

2- while in position of the row make sure you've got a hip hinge and at about 150-160°c angle.

3- use elbow drive rather than hand drive, making sure you get full R.O.M (Range Of Motion)

4- focus on breathing rythem, usually it inhale on the negative and exhale on the positive.

HACK SQUAT! A great machine that doesn't get used enough and when it's being used most times its been used incorrectly.

As we know hack squat is a machine that removes your lower back from the squating movement which means more work for the legs.

Key points to look out for when using the hack squat!

1- feet position depends on what part of your legs you'd like to target, I mainly use hack squat to target my quads therefore my feet is closer to each other.

2- keep your back on the platform otherwise you might aswel just barbell squat.

3- control your reps its not a race.

4- focus on what rep range you're aiming for and why! Remember strength and hypertrophy training is different.

5- imbrace your core, deep breath on top, hold your breath while going doing, as you go up breath out.

Leg day today for me and whoever is trainning legs today let's get it!!

The way people who wear weight lifting belts be like when they do a compound exercise lool you can see I don't own one! Lol

Don't use a belt unless you're hitting mad numbers with good form otherwise drop the weight lol I've used a belt like twice and didn't like it! Lool
