Thank you to the NCDTA for the opportunity, to Stuart Hatton Jr and Cora Ann for trusting us with this chance and giving our students these treasured memories. My flowers are absolutely beautiful and completely unexpected as you can tell by the video I was not expecting to be going on to the stage last night 🙈😭

COMPETITIVE THEATRE TEACHERS AWARD ✨️🏆

Absolutely speechless 🥺

A genuine surprise and a complete honour to receive this at the Cora Ann Leonard Awards. I absolutely adore my job even after all this time, I still wake up with a heart full of gratitude to get to do what I do ❤️

It isn't always glamorous awards night's, most of the time it's 13 hour day's, working weekends, sacrificing family time and eating your tea at 10pm. But I wouldn't have it any other way.

A huge thank you to the NCDTA for the nomination, the selection commitee for selecting me out of all the incredible nominees who I respect and admire 🫶

A massive shout out to our friends who won awards this weekend too (Lily Mae Foreman, Frankie Pringle, Anne Thompson) but especially Aimee Lorenza Boyd and Josh watson, two fabulous teachers who are a credit to their Dance Studios. The future is bright for you both ✨️

And of course, Miss G*e Sowerby. Iconic 👌

Less than 4 years competing under your belt and to have acheived the things you have acheived is mind blowing and it is all down to your work ethic and dedication.

Unfortunately Megan couldn't personally accept her award due to trianing at Urdang but she is forever grateful to the Cora Ann Leonard for this award and the support they have given her 😍🌟

🎂✨ 14 YEARS OF K.R.DANCE STUDIOS! ✨🎂

Today we celebrate 14 years of K.R.Dance Studios! 🥹🩷

14 years of tiny dancers becoming incredible performers, friendships that have lasted a lifetime, endless rehearsals, competitions, shows, tears, laughter, achievements and SO many memories.

What started as a little dream has grown into something I couldn’t be prouder of. Every dancer who has walked through our doors has left their own little piece of K.R.Dance behind ans shaped it into what it is today!

To our incredible dancers, parents, teachers, past pupils and everyone who has supported us along the way — thank you. You are what makes K.R.Dance so special.

Here’s to 14 years of dancing, dreaming and believing… and to everything still to come! 🥂

Gorgeous night celebrating our girl Megan Vazquez-Johnston 🥺❤️

Watching you grow into the talented, confident young woman you are today has been one of the biggest privileges. I’m so incredibly proud of everything you’ve achieved, and even prouder that you’re brave enough to take this next step and follow your dream.

It’s definitely going to feel strange not having you in the studio every week, but I know you’re going to absolutely smash it. Urdang is so lucky to have you! ✨

Thank you for all the memories, the laughs, the tears, the hard work and for being such a special part of K.R.Dance. You’ll always be one of my girls, no matter how far you go. ❤️
