A big shoutout and congratulations to Erin Senior, who scored her first ever try in last nightโs U18 Girls game! ๐๐
Erin has been with us since U10, initially playing in a mixed team alongside the boys before becoming one of the OGs of our newly formed girls section a little over five years ago.
In fact, Erin was one of the reasons we set up the girls pathway in the first place so girls like her, and those following her, could continue their rugby journey with us.
Sheโs been a constant, coming right through the pathway, always working hard and doing it with that trademark smile on her face. So itโs brilliant to see her get this moment and have the chance to shout about it.
And if scoring her first try wasnโt enough, Erin also picked up Forward of the Match for our girls last night too!
Well done, Erin! A moment to be proud of, and a huge well done to all the girls who pulled on the shirt last night ๐
This is only the beginning for this team, with so many more great moments and memories still to come.
