But the reality is, if you donât spend time working on this stuff, you will genuinely lose it. At an alarming rate.
A few facts for youâŚ..
âšď¸ 1 in 2 women over the age of 50 will experience fractures related to osteoporosis (weak bones)
âšď¸ 1 in 3 of the over 65s will fall once in a year
âšď¸ 1 in 2 of the over 80s will fall once in a year
Sometimes these falls will be serious (fractures/breakages) or life changing/limiting.
Post age 30 we lose 3-5% of muscle mass every decade, perhaps more for some, if we donât work at it.
