Move, sweat, and feel good with our friendly Exercise to Music class.

These sessions are all about enjoying movement to great music in a welcoming and supportive environment. You do not need to be super fit or experienced, just come as you are and go at your own pace.

Each routine is designed with options, so you can choose lower or higher intensity movements depending on how you feel. Whether you want to take it steady or challenge yourself a little more, you will always have alternatives to suit your level and the sessions will leave you feeling energised and refreshed.

You are welcome to join for a trial session, if you decide it is not for you, there is no need to pay. Come along every Wednesday at 7pm.

May WI event 👇
The Wey and Arun Canal is known as "London’s lost route to the sea”and recognised as a national heritage asset.

Opening in 1816 after a feat of engineering, it connected the Thames to the English Channel for safe passage during the Napoleonic Wars. Today, the Wey and Arun Canal Trust is bringing this historical water- and pathway back to life, using donations, fundraising activities and legacies to restore the site and enable scenic boat trips, walks, canoeing and paddleboarding - beginning at a stretch very close to here.

We’re so looking forward to welcoming The Wey and Arun Canal Trust as our May meeting guest speaker…. and we’d love to see you there too!
