Living in rhythm with nature through seasonal yoga, EFT and restorative wellbeing. Small group classes and 1:1 sessions in and around Haslemere.

I have practiced yoga for over 30 years having studied under the inspirational 85 year old Monette Goetnick whist living in Los Angeles. I am a Seasonal yoga teacher and also a yoga therapist. I embrace a wide range of yoga practices working with calming yin/restorative style yoga as well as more powerful vinyasa seasonal flows. We can work together adjusting your yoga sessions as needed. I am a qualified meditation teacher. I also practice EFT and am a Reiki 2 practitioner.

A day for you- to Reconnect, Restore & Return to Joy....

Over the last few weeks I've been making elderflower cordial, gathering crystals, planning a beautiful lunch with VeggieBubbles and thinking about how I can create a day that feels nurturing, joyful and restorative.

Life can be busy. We spend so much time looking after others, ticking things off our lists and rushing from one thing to the next that we rarely give ourselves time to simply pause.

Next Saturday I'll be holding my Finding Your Inner Joy Retreat Day at the beautiful White Eagle Lodge UK in Liss.

A day to breathe deeply, move gently, reconnect with yourself and perhaps remember some of the things that bring lightness and joy into your life.

The day will include:

Cacao
EFT (Tapping)
Gentle breathwork
Mindful and restorative yoga
Meditation and visualisation
A delicious plant-based lunch and refreshments
Cooling, soothing herbal foot baths
A blissful sound bath to close the day

This Friday evening at Quinnettes in Churt, I'll be sharing one of my favourite things-a deeply nurturing restorative yoga evening with cacao, breathwork, gentle movement and supported heart opening restorative poses.

As summer unfolds, life can feel very busy, and this is an invitation to pause for a while, soften, breathe and reconnect with yourself. We will enjoy-

A little Early Summer inspiration...

Early Summer is a season of joy, connection, warmth and expansion. A time to open the heart, enjoy a little more playfulness and notice what is starting to blossom around us and within us.

A 10-minute challenge for this week:

Sit outside for 10 minutes each day, maybe under your favourite tree. Leave your phone behind. Notice the birds, the bees, the flowers, the breeze... and ask yourself:

With the weather starting to improve (ish! ), it's almost time to take our yoga practice outdoors again.

Over the summer I'll be running a few pop-up yoga classes in beautiful outdoor locations around Lynchmere and Haslemere. There's something rather magical about moving, breathing and relaxing surrounded by nature.

10-Minute Ground & Calm Practice (EFT, Breath & Gentle Movement) 29/05/2026

Sometimes we can know what we “should” do and yet still feel stuck....

Anxiety, stress, overwhelm, food cravings, phobias, fears, old patterns and habits can leave us feeling as though our nervous system is running the show.

This is where EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique / tapping) can be incredibly powerful.

By gently tapping on acupressure points whilst tuning into what you’re experiencing, EFT helps calm the nervous system, soften the emotional charge around an issue, and create space for new possibilities.

It can be supportive for things such as:

-Anxiety and overwhelm
-Stress and burnout
-Food cravings and emotional eating
-Fear of flying, driving, dentists or public speaking
-Feeling stuck or held back
-Sleep difficulties
-Health anxiety
-Confidence and self-worth

Sessions are gentle, surprisingly effective, and tailored entirely to you.
