10 years of owning exercise studios, training facilities and full-sized gyms. And just like that, I’ve handed the keys to someone else.

It’s a surreal feeling — for so long I’ve had the reassurance that, whatever happens, I have a business I can rely on. One that I know how to operate, that generates an income, and gives me a certain level of security no matter which direction life takes me.

And suddenly, that safety net is gone.

But I suppose that’s what happens when you decide to take a risk in business. You never know exactly how things will turn out.

Even so, I’m excited to see what comes next.

I stopped counting the number of hours I’d spent coaching clients on the gym floor once I passed 10,000. One thing I will say — when you spend that long surrounded by some of the most interesting people you could ever meet, you inevitably learn a thing or two.

So, to every client who ultimately became a friend — thank you so much for all the lessons and guidance you’ve given me. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better 10 years.

For now, it’s time for our next chapter. And I’m incredibly excited to see what it holds for us 🇦🇺
