🥋 Great Saturday session on the mats!

A fun, energetic session today, working on fitness, striking and Grade 4 skills. Some of our students also started exploring more free-fighting ideas, putting their techniques into practice and building reactions, movement and confidence.

Another great Wing Chun class tonight! 🥋

A fantastic evening of training with everyone focused on improving their skills, sharpening their reactions, and developing stronger Chi Sau.

Every class is another opportunity to learn, grow, and become more confident. It’s great to see everyone pushing themselves, supporting each other, and building those all-important reflexes and sensitivity that make Wing Chun so unique.

Progress comes from consistent practice, and tonight was another step forward for the whole team.

Well done, everyone keep training, keep learning, and keep improving! 👊

Great Monday night classes at 1066 Wing Chun Schools! 👊

Our students put in some excellent work, focusing on the core principles and building strong fundamentals. Meanwhile, the Advanced Class explored Chum Kiu concepts, refining structure, movement, balance and applying ideas to improve skill and understanding.

Every session is about learning, improving and supporting each other on the journey.
