Carolyn joined Hatfield Judo Club as the new club secretary and first aider in 2026. She has a professional background in regulatory science and programme delivery and became involved with the club through her son. Carolyn enjoys supporting him on his judo journey and is pleased to be part of the team.

We had our last training session before the summer break at Hertfordshire Constabulary where we were invited to do a Judo demonstration at the Family Day🥋🚔👮‍♂️😎

I am raising £1,000 for a brave 10-year-old boy Gábor, who has been diagnosed with a rare and serious tumor called Angiosarcoma, located in his heart. Since January 2026, Gábor has undergone multiple medical treatments including chemotherapy, blood transfusions, and biopsies. His family is now anxiously awaiting a critical medical decision regarding whether he will undergo heart surgery or receive proton therapy.

This journey has been incredibly challenging for the young boy and his family. The funds raised will directly support his ongoing treatments, cover essential travel expenses to specialized medical centers, provide necessary medications, and offer vital assistance to his family as they navigate daily life during this difficult time.
