Thank you to everyone who attended todays Macmillan Cancer Support Coffee Morning event! It was lovely to see so many friendly faces, old and new, and we had a great time catching up, sharing stories and experiences ...and indulging in a fair bit of cake!

All money raised today will be going to help support the almost 3.5 million people in the UK living with cancer. Thank you all for your generous donations!

Pop into the Sportsman Room at Birchwood Leisure Centre from 10.30am today for a coffee, a cake and a catch-up, all in support of Macmillan Cancer Support.

We host walking football on Tuesdays @ 10am till 11.30am as well as Fridays @ 7pm - 8pm.

Walking football is the perfect way to stay active, soical and sharp.
NO running, NO contact - just casual.

Drop in for a FREE taster session either on a Tuesday morning at 10 am or a Friday evening at 7 pm. if you have any questions feel free to email us at [email protected]

Sessions are perfect for Teens aged 12-17. Great for working out and socialising.😎

Hertfordshire County Council funds the Teen Gym class under the Building life chances programme.

We have a cafe situated right outside the door for refreshments or a light snack or hire catering with us if you need.
