🏴 | Penalty point update after the last round

Largely unchanged since the last round - but drivers should remain cautious!

In 2026, any driving or sporting infringements may result in a -3 point penalty. After the third offence, this increases to -10 points. Crucially, this is cumulative across the season and not a single event!

🎥 | FROM THE VAULT

In August 2009, we crowned Colin Mason as the first ever PKC Champion.

Despite being just a 3-round championship, 29 drivers took part that year where the opening round saw huge interest from the local community. Adam Jones claimed the first event win with 33 points from Colin's 30.

Colin came back in round 2 with a 31 point victory over Adam's 28 meaning the two drivers were neck and neck heading into the title showdown. At round 3, Adam initially had the upper hand but momentum turned towards Colin a win in the semi-final put him on pole in the final. Adam came second in his semi to a certain Sam Joseph meaning he started third in the final. From there Colin was able to maintain position and cruise to the flag.

🏁 RACE REPORT | Carew Cup

Thank you to everyone who came to Carew Karting today as we waved a final farewell to the track that gave us some great memories over the years and some epic racing. Old faces returned to compete with some of the current generation of PKC drivers as they all vied to be the final winner at the venue and take home the Carew Cup.

Qualifying separated the drivers into an A-final and B-final with Wais Hendrix winning the B-final after exchanging the lead multiple times with Steven Evans and Orlando Cafolla-Ward.

The spectators were treated to a real spectacle in the A-final. Sam Joseph and Kieran Davies went toe to toe at the front of the pack for the duration of the race - something the pair had done many times before during their PKC years. Brilliantly close and clean racing saw the lead exchanged multiple times but ultimately saw Kieran Davies take the win by just 0.021 seconds ahead of Sam!

Third was an intense battle with James Williams securing the final podium spot ahead of Aaron Boswell, Nick Cvetkovic and Mike Holder.
