Jones Bones Yoga offers tuition for beginners and intermediate level students in group classes of no CORE STRENTH AND CALMNESS. "
Classes will be weekly and based around a particular theme for a 12 or 13 week term. Each term adds to the work of previous terms leading to development in both body and mind. The classes will teach breath and movement together and there will usually be a section on pranayama ( focus send breath work techniques)

Thinking of re starting post Covid and aiming to begin on 10th June. I have room for a couple of intermediate level students. Class will be at 10 am till 11. Also an evening class at 7pm till 8. Cost is £8 per class and to start will be a short term of six weeks.

Spring term 2020 starts Thursday 9th January. Any beginners or not much experience persons interested can message me direct. Class is at 7.30pm , runs for 1 hour. Term is for 12 weeks. Half term and no class 20/02/20.
Term ends Thursday 2nd March.
Beginners class ( Haverfordwest ) starts 12/9/19. Running for 12 weeks with half term break on 31/10/19. Term finishes 5/12/19. PM me if interested.
STOP PRESS ! Owing to impending building works Wednesday night's class will have to be postponed until February at the earliest. If there is interest, could probably arrange a different venue / night of the week. Watch this space.
