Taking my late 40s serious to be honest 🤷‍♀️

Picture 1) 3 years and counting of hard work

Picture 2) 45 years of on-off effort, oh and not to mention underlying fatty liver & Gallbladder disease with a big 3cm stone that came with it 😫

Picture 3) No more than 4 days after this was taken I spent 8 days in a Greek hospital with SEPIS caused by pancreatitis from a gallbladder attack which ultimately lead to a ruptured appendix 😳

I blame no one but ME!
MY choices, MY priorities and MY attitude “I don’t have enough time to do blah blah blah”

So I changed MY choice, prioritised, showed up for myself, my health, my husband, children & grandchildren!

I’ve earned this, worked for it, made my sacrifices…(cheese & crisps 😂)

We all have choices, we may not be thrilled with the options because you know effort & hard work vs I’ll start Monday, but they are OUR choices

Unpopular opinion 🤔 maybe 🤷‍♀️ but..
Ultimately it is down to how much you want it within the 24hrs we all have
