Come and try Barbells !!! No jumping included........

Barbells is a 45 minute barbell-based workout that's specifically designed to help you get lean and defined via resistance, using very light weights alongside high repetitions the theory is to ‘exhaust your muscles so you don't get bulky’ but do increase strength and tone for a total body workout.

This class works in unity alongside ((BOUNCE)) as a double class or just pop along as a single session if you just like weight based classes!!! Entirely your choice!

You all worked SO hard, brought the energy and absolutely smashed it! 🙌🏻 I honestly love our Wednesday crew and the atmosphere you create every single week. 🥰
