🌟 TUESDAY SHOUT-OUT: JENNI WELLS! 🌟

Today, we’re celebrating our amazing super-ninja and favourite gymnast, Jenni! 🤸‍♀️

Jenni has been part of HEYL CrossFit for many years and has progressed incredibly throughout that time. She has an exceptional handstand walk, absolutely loves a gymnastics session and—shall we say—tolerates a barbell session! 😂

Whatever the workout involves, Jenni always brings awesome vibes and amazing energy to every class.

She’s also the owner of one of our favourite food spots, Birdies, and we absolutely love having her as part of our gym community.

We’re incredibly excited to welcome Micho to the HEYL CrossFit coaching team!

Micho begins his three-month CrossFit Coaching Internship on 9th September, taking the next step towards building a career as a CrossFit coach.

He’s already a big part of our community, and we can’t wait to help him develop his knowledge, confidence and coaching skills over the coming months.

Today, we’re giving a huge shout-out to Jake🙌

Jake is an incredibly positive and happy member who is always fantastic to have in class. He brings great energy, gives every session his best and is a brilliant part of our community.

August officially marked a personal attendance record for Jake as he completed more than 15 sessions in a single month! 🔥 That means he qualified for the Committed Club for the very first time since joining HEYL CrossFit!

It’s been amazing to see his consistency throughout the past month, and we hope this is just the beginning.

Today, we’re giving a massive shout-out to Simon!

Simon was part of HEYL CrossFit many years ago, and around six months ago, he returned to the community—with two little ones and a whole new chapter of life! It’s been absolutely amazing having him back.

Simon is a super-ninja surfer, a super-ninja CrossFit member and an absolute weapon at pistols! 💪

More importantly, he always brings great energy, loads of positivity and a big smile whenever he walks through the doors.

Summer is nearly over. The kids are heading back to school, holidays are coming to an end, and normal routines are returning.

A big decision. A big investment. And one we’re incredibly excited about.

We’ve joined Best Hour Of Their Day Affiliate University to help us become better coaches, better leaders and ultimately, a better CrossFit Affiliate.

We’re not afraid to invest in ourselves, be coached and share the journey with our community.
