Starting back to class tomorrow, let’s get strong and flexible this Autumn! All the classes have a great atmosphere, mutually supportive and there’s always a bit of playful banter.

Pilates is great for building strength and flexibility, it will help you gain confidence and increase your ability in your everyday life and is invaluable in managing injuries.

Seacourt will be hosting a Craft Market on December 2nd, from 10-2pm. We are excited to have local craft shops and sellers joining us, setting up their stalls to sell their unique products.
