Merlin week at SBW…

...SBW are looking for the right person to join our small team, initially on a part time, flexible basis with the opportunity for this to become full time & permanent.

We are seeking someone to assist in all tasks at our busy workshop, including keeping the workshop tidy, assisting with general boat repairs & laminating. No specific boatbuilding experience is needed as on the job training can be provided

An interest & understanding of boats would be an advantage, however good practical skills & being confident in the use of hand and power tools is key.

The role would ideally suit someone looking to enter a career in the marine industry straight from school or college.

Hours could generally be 0900-1600, 2-4 days per week. We can be very flexible for the right person as we would expect them to be with us dependent on our workload requirements...

This is a minimum wage position to start, with the potential to increase dependent on enthusiasm, performance & developing skillset
