Ballet Barre & Baby 🤍
Starting 4th June✨

After running successful adult ballet classes for all ages and abilities, I’m so excited to introduce something new!

A ballet class just for you - with your baby by your side.

This is a classical ballet class, gently adapted for new mums, taught by a qualified Royal Academy of Dance teacher.

✨ Bring your baby along however works best for you
– in a carrier
– on a mat with toys
– feeding, sleeping, wriggling all welcome

There’s no pressure at all - you can pause, cuddle, settle and join back in whenever you’re ready.

🩰 A chance to move your body again
🩰 Rebuild strength and posture
🩰 Feel like you again
🩰 Meet other mums in a friendly, supportive space

When can I start?
You’re welcome once you feel ready to return to gentle exercise - this is typically around 6+ weeks postpartum (or 8–10 weeks after a C-section), please make sure you’ve been signed off by your GP or health visitor first.

RAD Results - Spring 2026👏

We are so excited to be handing out our certificates this week for all our hard working students who took their RAD Exams last month!

Miss Amy is so proud of all your results ranging from Merits, High Merits and Distinctions in Grade 4, 5 and Intermediate Foundation🥰

We saw tremendous improvement in all our students results and is a real testament to everyone’s hard work🩰

Now time to prepare for Summer exams with some of our youngest students✨
