I will be running a free taster session of online Qigong *this Tuesday 12th from 7.30-8.30pm (UK time)* to introduce this beautiful practice of moving meditation. The session will include a series of simple warm ups followed by several slow movements synchronised with the breath. There will be a short guided meditation to finish. Movements can be done standing or seated.
The session will take place on a video platform called Jitsi. You do not need to download anything or set up an account to use Jitsi, it’s a free video conferencing service similar to Zoom which can be used within a web browser.
*To join the session, please email [email protected] for the link*
Hope to see you there :)

Please see below for details of online mindfulness sessions being freely offered by the Oxford Mindfulness Centre to help people cope with stress and anxiety during the current Coronovirus crisis, which may be of interest:
In light of the difficult times currently faced amid the Coronavirus pandemic, the OMC will be offering weekly online mindfulness sessions open to the general public. Each session is completely free to join and you do not need prior mindfulness experience.
Each session will be delivered via Zoom Conference Calling and led by a fully trained mindfulness teacher. Details of each session will be released weekly, and full details will be available on our website here: https://bit.ly/2wsvNDU
We understand that for many this pandemic brings great worry and uncertainty in many aspects of their lives and hope that by offering these online sessions they provide some practical guidance and support to help people manage through these challenging times.
