🥋 4:45pm – Junior Taekwondo | Ages 6–10
A fun, structured class working on Taekwondo fundamentals, fitness, confidence and skills.

🥋 6:00–8:00pm – Taekwondo | All Levels
Two hours covering the full range of Taekwondo training — technical work, patterns, sport training, sparring, breaking and more.

🤼 6:00–8:00pm – Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu | Ages 12+
Get in for 6pm to help get the mats down, then:
🔥 6:00–7:00pm — Open Mat
🔥 7:00–8:00pm — BJJ Tuition

Plenty of mat time tonight — get yourself along! 💪🥋

Well, well, well… looks like Cinderella has been reunited with their missing slipper. 🥋

Unfortunately for our mystery black belt, there was also a belt left behind… and we’re pretty sure Cinderella didn’t have that problem. 😏

Identity still protected… for now.

Three athletes who represent exactly where the pathway through our club can lead.

From walking into their first class Max at age 3 🙄 through club competition, national events & on towards European and international level. This is what years of training, consistency & hard work can produce.

A brilliant weekend with plenty of medals, plenty of great performances and, as always, a few results we would have liked to change. But that’s competition.

More importantly, valuable time on the mats, more experience gained and another step forward.

Very proud to coach these three.

And the scary thing is… they’re nowhere near finished yet. 👊🔥
