For those who are attending bjj tonight there is no parking at the centre. Parking is located at the old co op/ new medical centre.

Unfortunately there will be no judo classes on Friday this week, as it is our awards night.

Classes will be back to normal from the 31st. 🥋🥋

All of the clubs at the centre are still running through the summer holidays apart from helston jujitsu which will return at the start of September. For any information a out session times or injuries please feel free to pop us a message

Open mat is 9 til 11 this Sunday, due to hall being used for judo day session from 11.

Taking place here tomorrow at the centre. All mat based sports are welcome and all ages and abilities are welcome. Session is now 10am til 2 pm, feel free to pop in between them times for a roll.
