This year's International Ving Tsun training camp has been off to a great start!
First day of the Camp went great!
Today I will cover Chum Kiu (Sinking The Bridge) form, associated drills and applications.

Just a reminder - classes will not be running on Thursday 30th of March, and Thursday 6th of April, as I will be away, attending an international Ving Tsun training camp.
Classes will resume as normal, the following week.
