Siu Nim Tau (小念頭) : "Little Idea" is the first form of Wing Chun.
We work on the first form to develope the correct body alignments, relaxation, the qualities of listening to the body, being here and present, connecting mind and body.
So you ve got the Idea! 😊
It really develops a high level of proprioception (internal body awareness) if you are attentive of course! Not lost in your thoughts!
I found it rapidly efficient. Psychologically, it builds a sense of "centeredness", patience and humility.
