Holifair 2018 was our very last Holifair! We are currently trying to raise £50 000 to complete our new classroom and are always on the lookout for donors.

Holifair Festival is an annual family-friendly fundraising celebration with over 30 live bands, talks

, cabaret, barn dance, kids area with loads of great workshops, dance tent, chillout space, walkabout acts, firepit, theatre, storytelling, bar, craft and wellbeing area, plus local caterers and stalls set on the beautiful Holifield Farm Project in Gweek, at the head of the Helford Estuary.

2015 will be Holifair’s 8th year and it gets more popular every year. Holifair is a community fundraising event for the The Holifield Farm Project Day Care Centre for people with Special Needs. Past Holifair’s have paid for a tractor, the start of our classroom, Solar Panels to make us more self sufficient, amongst other useful tools for the trainees on the project. We are proud to be an environmentally-friendly festival. We actively encourage public transport and car-sharing, by providing information & links on our website and a parking ticket incentive to car-share. The majority of all energy used on site from solar, and we keep the use of disposable plastic to a minimum. Our bar cups are re-usable and our Solar power is provided by Resource Living and Mobile Solar Stage Productions, as well as our own Solar Panels. Holifair has a main stage, Marquee stage, DJ area, chillout and experimental areas for all kinds of musical enjoyment – which at Holifair ranges from folk, gypsy, punk, blues and reggae all the way to dance. There is a Kids Area with all kinds of workshops, storytelling, fun and games throughout the festival as well as The Secret Grove – our Wellbeing & Craft Area with artists, alternative therapists and practitioners of the mysterious and magical. Please remember no fireworks, fire lanterns, glass, animals, open fires, petrol generators or unauthorised sound systems are permitted on site. If you bring any of these items you are putting the festivals licence at risk.

Hello friends of Holifield Farm!

The season has been pretty wet and grey so far this year, so we thought we would brighten things up and bring a bit of merriment to the farm ⭐

We invite you to come along on Saturday 20th December to sing with us and enjoy some festive food and drinks 🥂

We'll be serving delicious home-made soup and sausage rolls to warm your bellies, plus sweet treats baked here on the farm. Veggie/veggie and gluten free diets catered for 🍪

Plus our famous organic cider made from apples grown here on the farm! Mulled wine, hot chocolates and a selection of cold drinks.

All ages welcome to come and join in the singing. We'll be doing a mixture of traditional Christmas carols and some more modern Christmas numbers. Our in-house musicians will be providing you with some entertainment, including a child friendly sing-along with Carl 🎸

So start learning those Christmas songs and come and join in the fun on Saturday! The evening starts at 5pm and ends at 9pm.

The event will be taking place at our Hostel and Pizza Dock - we will sing outside by the fire if the weather allows, but if not we will gather inside our cosy Hostel.

Once again parking is limited so we kindly ask that you park at the Gweek Seal Sanctuary if possible, and we reserve our car park for disabled and drop offs/pick up.

Come and join us at Holifield Farm on Saturday 8th November for a Bonfire Night Party! 🔥

Featuring live music from a variety of different acts to keep you entertained 🎤

We'll be cooking up hot dogs and will also have some home-made sweet treats for you to enjoy (veggie and vegan options available) 🌭

We will also be serving mulled cider and apple juice made from apples grown here on the farm! Plus a selection of hot and cold drinks. 🍎

Family and dog friendly (no fireworks), but we respectfully ask for your canine friends to be kept on leads. 🐕‍🦺

Parking is limited at Holifield so we kindly ask those who are a able to park at the Seal Sanctuary in Gweek and take the short walk up the field to get here (it will be signed).
