PILATES
Pilates classes up until Easter are as follows - All classes are suitable for beginner/intermediate level with each participant encouraged to work at a level appropriate for them.
Tuesday 6pm Helston Light and life
Wednesday 9.30 am Helston Cattle market
Friday 9.30 am Helston Light and Life.
Pricing - £48 for the 6 week block (starts from the week beginning Monday 3rd March. The last session in this block will be Friday 11th April.
Booking is essential to guarantee a place . You may change between classes from week to week if you are unable to always attend the same class each week but missed classes cannot be refunded and classes cannot be carried over into the next block. If you are away one week you are welcome to do 2 classes another week to make up for it as long as it is in the same block.
If you do not want to commit to block booking you may come on a pay as you go basis at £10 per session.
Participants will need to bring a mat and a thick towel and/or a yoga/Pilates block.
You will be asked to fill in a short screening form at your first session so please ensure that you arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts.
