Dear Hertfordshire Netball Clubs,
I am pleased to share with you the Hertfordshire U13 and U15 PDP selection information for this up-and-coming season 2025-26
This coming season the U15 PDP trials and training will be on a Thursday at Bishop Hatfield School, and the U13 PDP trails and weekly training will on a Tuesday at Stanborough School, both in their indoor court.
Clubs are limited to numbers they can send, so please think carefully before sharing the information below with your top athletes in each age group. U13 is school age Year 7 & 8 from September 2025, and U15 is school age Year 9 & 10 from September 2025. Clubs that send more than their allocated amount will be contacted and asked to remove some athletes.
Any athlete that was in the county programme last season will automatically be invited to screening, therefore clubs do not have to use these as one of their nominations.
U13 PDP Screening Information:
Hertfordshire U13 PDP screening dates, where clubs can nominate a maximum of three athletes per club for each part of the court. ( 3 x shooter, 3 x Centre court and 3 x Defence = 9 in total) These athletes must be in school year 7 & 8 as of September 2025.
Screening will take place over 3 Tuesday's in September, and athletes will be allocated a date so need to be available for all 3 sessions.
Each screening is £10 per athlete, and athletes must attend on their correct evening. If successful on the evening from their court area, they will be invited back to final screening on Tuesday 23rd September 2025.
To attend the U13 PDP screening the parent of the athlete must complete the below U13 google form to attend, deadline for this form is 9pm Sunday 31st August 2025. Once completed they will receive a confirmation email on Monday 1st September with information about the evening.

Subject: England Netball - 2024 Rules of Netball
Dear All,
I hope this email finds you well.
Following our testing of the Rules of Netball webinar process I am pleased to share the following links the EN led sessions with you to circulate amongst your networks as you wish.

5th September PM – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ik9MiVqApMI
3rd October PM – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-n9mX-UoEas
England Netball will also be circulating these dates and links via a member comms which will go out on or around the 30th May, alongside amplification on County social media pages run by EN staff (NDOs etc). Should you wish to share these links with your key groups we are happy for you to do this now.
These sessions are for all netballers to attend and are not limited to just umpires. There is no sign on process required as the sessions are hosted on the England Netball YouTube channel (links are open now) and there is no limit to how many people join the session at a time.
Once people join the webinar link at the published time, they will be directed to registration link which forms part of a three-part verification process. They will need to complete this link in the first 5 minutes of the session as it will close to stop people attending late and missing important parts of the session. At an unspecified time during the session there will be a password shared which participants will need to note down and then in the last 5 minutes of the session a certificate request link will be provided for those who require proof of attendance. Participants will need to enter their details on this link, along with the password shared during the session to generate the certificate.
We do have capacity to run additional sessions over the summer so as our eyes and ears on the ground please do feel free to pass on any feedback as to whether these might be required.
