DON’T QUIT
People tend to forget that failure doesn’t fix anything. Maybe for a moment you might feel relief because you no longer have to face that challenge. Wether you’re trying to lose weight or gain muscular strength. The challenge will still be there, which people tend to give up at the most difficult time.
The real challenge you’re experiencing in that moment is your own weaknesses. You will need to change your mindset from “I’m not good enough” to “how can I achieve this” to “yes I can do it” no matter how great the challenge is, breaking it down is a MUST!
You may ask “ Jasmine, how can I do this?”
Simple, by following these steps will guarantee you a start to your new lifestyle.
- Be patient. Yes it is going to take a while but it will get better and easier over time.
- Be Proud. Any smalls goals celebrate them. Wether that’s losing 1 lbs or being able to do a daily activity again like carrying your shopping. Anything is a small win.
- Find support. Don’t isolate yourself and don’t be afraid to seek support from others. Support could be from gaining a coach or bringing a friend on your journey.
