In agreement with the Complex, we are trialling 'tee tins' on the tee boxes for people to put broken/lost/found tees in.
At the moment there is one on each tee by the Red yard marker posts. They are recycled plant pots, so all a little different and no cost has been incurred. Please try to use them if you can.

One group of Women enjoying the sunshine at our biggest turnout so far for a Wednesday Roll Up - 18 players!

The Little Hay Women's Bland Shield 9 Hole competition took place on the 20th April in brilliant sunshine - Abigail Andrews won with 19 points.

I am sure you all agree the Peter Betts Trophy Charity Event was a great success this year. The weather was perfect, the course in great condition and the golf very enjoyable with a close finish.
Congratulations to Ted Carroll, Martin Mansfield, Nigel Hopkinson and John Redgwell for their winning round of 59, beating Chris Murray, Michael Gardner, Trevor Sargeant and Alan Milsom on countback.
On behalf of all the Senior members, we would like to thank John Poston and all who helped him run this event for so many years. Thanks also to the family of Peter Betts for donating the trophy in his honour and for supporting the event every year. John is retiring from organising the event and will be a difficult act to follow. Many thanks John.

The event raised £290 for charity and we have donated the money to Waterways Experiences which is based on the canal at Nash Mills. The second photo shows Peter Taylor, representing Little Hay,
handing over the money in front of one of their canal boats. Thank you for your donations to this worthy cause.

The Cruickshank Salver is played between the Women's Section and the Seniors at Little Hay Golf Club. This years event took place on 16th March with 10 Seniors and 10 Women playing and was won by the Senior's. A very enjoyable event. Little Hay Golf Club Little Hay Golf
